Account Operations Quality Analyst (BPO) | SG Account


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree of any field
  • At least 2 years BPO experience in the same capacity
  • At least 1-year Quality Control/Assurance experience or equivalent
  • Experience in handling escalated customer concerns a plus
  • Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment
  • Above average to excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
  • Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
  • Creative, self-disciplined, and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency
  • Amenable to work onsite
