Customer Service Representative (Email Support – Non Voice)

Qualification required/desired: Key Position Focus, Tasks and Activities:

Zendesk

● Experience in handling escalated customer concerns a plus

● Very meticulous and detailed

● Knowledge on Zendesk handling – replying to customer queries and routing it to the relevant department – will be a plus

Experience & Skills Required

● At least one year BPO experience

● Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast changing environment.

● Above average to excellent English communication skills (oral and written)

● Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy

● Creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.

Work Location / Working shifts / Benefits:

● Home based while ECQ is enforced. Office site is in Ortigas. L7 The 30th Corporate Center, 30 Meralco Ave, Pasig, 1604 Metro Manila

● Day shift

● Fixed weekends off

● 13th Month Pay
