Demand Planning Coordinator

Job description

  • Execute/Operationalise Demand generation campaigns, with high accuracy, in order to meet business objectives
  • Regular campaign audit to ensure compliance and consistency
  • Work and coordinate with cross functional teams across multiple business lines to deliver planned initiatives
  • Be a subject expert in all demand generation tools used locally
  • Ensure zero error in campaign set up
  • Provide timely and accurate campaign status update.

  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Additional Scope of Work:

  • He/she will be the PIC for the set up of any demand gen initiatives. (What this means is that instead of us being the middle man, we will add the new hire into existing chat groups and he/she will pick up the mechanics/marketing assets from the conversation.)
  • He/she will be the subject matter expert in terms of promo set up. New hire will advise us on set up best practices (i.e how do we set validity dates for rewards in packages).
  • Promo/challenge usage/awarded tracking
  • Potential data cleaning/Segmentation/Repetitive Incentive Planning

Job Requirement:

  • Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent communication skills – Both written and oral
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency with programs, such as MSOffice (Especially Excel) and GSuite (GSheets)
  • A strong sense of commercial awareness – E.g. Setting validity dates for rewards in packages
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter; Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Data analysis experience is a plus
  • Experience with HTML is a plus (NOT REQUIRED)
