Marketing Operations and Project Executive

Role Assignment:

1. Providing accurate specifications for communication platforms to marketing teams
2. Setting up of all consumer, merchant and driver-partner communications via internal and external tools.
3. Ensuring communications sent are error-free and to the right audience
4. Ensuring data set up is accurate before passing over to developers
5. Ensuring all communications are checked and approved by working team before scheduling
6. Schedule social posts via Sprinklr/Facebook Creator Studio


1. Microsoft Excel/Google sheets intermediate functions
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Excellent organizational skills and time management
4. Detail oriented
5. Basic HTML knowledge is a plus but NOT required

6. Comfortable with high volume of administrative tasks daily

7. Can meet deadlines

8. Can work Independently & with Others

9. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
10. Able to handle multiple tasks at a time
11. Willing to learn & fast learner

12. Resilient and able to handle a certain of stress
