Warehouse Associate | PH Account

  • Ensure and perform order management duties on an accurate and timely basis from order entry up to on-time delivery and includes issue of Delivery receipts/confirmation.
  • Checks inventory to make sure requested product is available.
  • Processing incoming, outgoing, and loading of stocks.
  • Reviews orders for accuracy and completion.
  • Files copies of all orders received.
  • To liaise with logistics planners/partners to ensure delivery commitment is fulfilled.
  • To liaise logistics group (GDC) for pacing, special marking, delivery, and shipment arrangement.
  • Provides continual evaluation of processes and procedures.
  • Responsible for suggesting methods to improve area operations, efficiency, and service to both internal and external.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s/College degree holder of any field
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience as a warehouse officer
  • Solid understanding of order processing, shipment processing, and inventory management
  • Basic knowledge using MS Office Applications especially Excel
  • Must have good planning and organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be dynamic, keen to details and be able to do multitasking
  • Dayshift schedule. Willing to work onsite – BGC Taguig
  • Amenable to work in a shifting schedule, weekends or holiday if needed
  • Can render OT if needed
